Prior to forming Trilogy, he was one of the most successful casting directors of Hollywood's acclaimed Divisek Casting, responsible for casting over 1000's of commercials,TV and feature films. Jim has worked with Oscar winning writers, producers and directors such as the Coen Brothers ( No Country for Old Men) and Barry Sonnenfeld (The Addams Family). A show business veteran with 20 years of experience under his belt, Jim is regarded as a top Hollywood professional and has appeared on the Dr.Phil Show as well as taught master classes to actors of all ages.
